Hey, I’m Rosie Holman.

Based in Essex, I’m a professional singer with over 10 years experience. I started in theatre and fell into my first ‘proper’ band when I was 21. Oh, those hazy days!

Since then, I’ve been involved in various musical and theatrical projects, managed my own bands and performed hundreds of gigs across the UK! I’ve played in pubs, clubs and theatres, on boats, under bridges, in kitchens, on lawns, with and without accompaniment and I think, by now, I’m quite good at what I do!

If you’d like a quote for a performance, head to my contact page or if you’d like to collaborate in a project, you can drop me a line on the email address below!

Thanks for popping in!

Rosie

 my mission statement

Celebrate Everything!

I believe we should all take time to celebrate. The big things and the little things throughout life that remind us of who we are, where we’ve come from and what’s important to us. Celebrations are important! Times may have moved on from revelry in banquet halls or dancing round a campfire and howling at the moon (or not, I’m not judging!) but the principles are the same - eat, drink, dance, be merry with those you love most in the world.

I want to give you the celebration you’ve been dreaming of and all the memories that go with it. I want your celebration to be brought up at family dinners, nights down the pub and on Facebook memories - “Remember that night?!” Because, honestly, you deserve it. And so do your loved ones!

So, here is my commitment to you. I will always bring the joy. I will always bring the energy. I will always bring the music and give you the very best celebration I can.

my social & ethical policy

because we’re worth it!

I only work with the best musicians. Everyone I work with has years of experience and talent coming out of every pore! Because of this, I believe they deserve decent fees. And so do I. This is why we cost what we cost. And in return, you get the best.

I hire based on talent, reliability, availability, stage presence and how well we gel. We spend a lot of time on the road- it’s important! I do not hire based on ethnicity, religious or political affiliations, age, gender, sexual preference or anything else that has absolutely nothing to do with how someone plays or their ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I like to support and give back where I feel called to. There are certain organisations that will always have my heart (Mind, HARP, The One Love Project) and I like to give what I can, when I can. This is not reflected in my prices. It’s a personal choice. Because of this, I don’t give discounts for charity events. We expect to be paid the same way the wait staff, the caterers and everyone else that’s been hired for the event gets paid.
